I’m absolutely chuffed to bits to share with you, that yesterday our very own Perry was crowned Affineur of the Year for 2022, at the first ever Affineur of the Year competition held in London, and not only did he win the judges vote but the people’s choice award as well! Cheese+ is now Rennet & Rind

We have simply rebranded our online offering to Rennet & Rind, with Cheese+ remaining as our wholesale business. Mark and I had always planned to rebrand our maturing room. We wanted a brand that would convey the same high-quality standards that we provide to our restaurants, but to families at home. Rennet & Rind on Brexit

Dear Customer, As we all know the negotiation period for Article 50 is coming to an end and we are increasingly asked about how this could potentially impact our business. Unfortunately, without a clear direction of what Brexit may look like we can only speculate. I have listed some possible eventualities below, with input from our suppliers, the British government, Dairy UK and various other sources but as it stands this my best estimate.
