Bungay Raw Butter
This butter is compeletely unique. Carefully, cultures are churned on the farm by Jonny and the team, using raw cream, still warm, straight from happy Montbeliarde and Friesian cows. They graze the lush marshes of the Waveney River Valley and dine on only the best, giving this butter it's rich, creamy and complex flavours. A true British farmhouse butter.
