We have simply rebranded our online offering to Rennet & Rind, with Cheese+ remaining as our wholesale business. Mark and I had always planned to rebrand our maturing room. We wanted a brand that would convey the same high-quality standards that we provide to our restaurants, but to families at home. With the recent lockdown restrictions, we have been delighted to have seen a massive surge in people wanting to try our cheese at home. We understand that if you're new to cheese, choosing online can be a bit of a daunting experience. In addition to our Mystery Cheese Boxes, which are a great gateway into cheese, Rennet & Rind will make choosing cheese as easy as eating it.
Our new navigation provides a cleaner, clearer way to choose the cheese which you want, along with suggested accompaniments. Rennet & Rind will also give those local to us the opportunity to collect their order.
We hope you like the new website and brand. Anything you need, always feel free to drop us a line.
Thanks,
Perry & Mark.

Purchase Ledger supervisor
Soho Square – London
I joined TMP as a young graduate straight out of school in 1986 and am very grateful for nearly 20 years of learning and developing my skill set with the company. By the time I left in 2004 I had advanced to Purchase Ledger supervisor and at that time I ensured that contractors are paid on a weekly basis via time sheet and to maintain an up-to-date contract for each contractor (approx. 60 contractors.) I developed good relationships with both contractors and consultants as well as making all payments effectively by UK BACS and International BACS when required. I left this role in 2004 because I wished to relocate my family out of London at this time and moved up to Biggleswade where I took on the position with Abacus Leewell, I have many fond memories of my time at TMP and still maintain good friendships with my colleagues today.
