Why British Artisan Cheese?
Britain produces over 1,000 named cheese varieties, from raw milk territorials with centuries of heritage to a new generation of makers producing some of the most exciting cheese anywhere in the world. British artisan cheese regularly features in the top 10 at the World Cheese Awards, yet internationally it remains one of the most under-represented and under-appreciated cheese cultures on earth.
If your customers know Stilton and Cheddar, we can show them a Britain they have never tasted. If they don't know British cheese at all, even better. The opportunity to build a new category in your market is wide open.

Our CEO and Affineur, Perry James Wakeman, is a three-time Affineur of the Year, a member of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, and was invited to represent Great Britain as the sole super judge at the World Cheese Awards, selecting the best cheese in the world from over 5,400 entries. Our work has been covered by CNN and media worldwide.
We already supply international partners via both air freight and sea freight. We handle all UK export health certificates, vet-signed paperwork and customs documentation. SALSA+Cheese and HACCP accredited. When you work with us, you are getting an out-of-the-box solution, not a first-time exporter finding their feet.

Every cheese is traceable back to the farm, the maker and the batch. We supply full provenance documentation with every order.
Formats & Shelf Life
We supply whole wheels, half wheels and pre-cut portions. Vacuum packing and modified atmosphere packaging available for extended shelf life.
