Prum Essence Riesling

A charming introduction to Rieslings from the Mosel Valley. There's perfectly ripe apricot, peach and ginger here in a just off-dry style but despite its flavour packed palate, the streak of racy acidity that runs throughout keeps it beautifully fresh. Amazing with cheese fondue, or very creamy Brie styles.
