These seeded sourdough crackers are baked on Fionagh’s Somerset farm in small batches, using organic flour, a traditional sourdough starter, and a generous mix of toasted seeds for added texture and flavour. No gimmicks — just great ingredients, done properly.
The seeds give them a deep, nutty richness that plays beautifully with buttery soft cheeses, punchy hard rinds, or even a bold blue. They’re sturdy enough for loading up, but never overpower — just a perfect carrier for good cheese.
We keep a few packs tucked away for the next cheeseboard, though they rarely last that long.
