Our Cheese Celebration Cake is built from four standout British cheeses, stacked into a beautiful tower that looks the part on the table and eats brilliantly afterwards. It is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, dinner parties, and any gathering that deserves something a little more memorable.
This stack includes Heckfield, Eve, Tunworth and a Cropwell Bishop Baby Stilton, giving you a balanced mix of hard, soft, bloomy and blue cheeses from some of the country’s best makers.

Quickes Cheddar

Quickes is handmade using traditional methods before being bound in cloth and matured for nine months in Devon, and then personally refined in our maturation rooms for a further four months by our Head Affineur, Perry. He aims to increase the intensity of acidity and savoury notes, as well as increasing the presence of crunchy tyrosine crystals.

Somerset | Unpasteurised | Goat | Soft
Wrapped in a vine leaf and washed in Somerset cider brandy, Eve is one of White Lake’s most recognisable cheeses. It develops a soft, creamy centre with age and brings a gentle goaty brightness, plenty of character, and a lovely bit of visual drama to the middle of the cake.

Tunworth x 250g
Hampshire | Pasteurised | Cow | Soft
Tunworth is one of the finest Camembert-style cheeses made in Britain. Expect a soft, supple paste and a full, savoury character with earthy, vegetal and mushroomy notes. It gives the stack that classic celebratory cheese-cake feel.

Cropwell Bishop Baby Stilton x 1.25kg

The foundation of the cake is a Cropwell Bishop Baby Stilton - rich, creamy, velvety and full of proper Stilton character. It brings both structure and flavour, with that classic deep tang and soft, indulgent texture that makes it a true centrepiece cheese.
