Rennet & Rind Return and Refund Policy

At Rennet & Rind, we are committed to providing exceptional British artisan cheeses and a delightful customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items such as cheese knives, boards, and accessories.
  • All return requests for non-perishable items must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@rennetandrind.co.uk, providing your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide further instructions for sending back your item.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Perishable Goods

  • Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable items, including cheese, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • If your cheese arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the problem.
  • If your claim is accepted, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • For damaged or faulty perishable goods, a replacement will be arranged where possible. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace non-perishable items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a non-perishable item for the same product, please contact us at Hello@rennetandrind.co.uk.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-perishable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
