I'm Perry Wakeman, and I've been in British artisan cheese for over a decade. Every box you receive has been tasted, selected, and matured by me in our own rooms in Cambridge.
We're not a retailer who ships you whatever arrived that week. We're affineurs — we take cheese from the makers I trust most and bring it to its best before it reaches your table.

Boxes ship on Mondays and Tuesdays each month, so they arrive mid-week fresh from the maturing rooms. You'll get a tracking link as soon as yours is dispatched. Delivery is free across the UK.
Every box is packed with insulation and ice packs so it arrives in the same condition it left Cambridge. If anything isn't perfect when it arrives, email hello@rennetandrind.co.uk and we'll put it right.
It's one of the most-ordered gifts we do. You can buy a one-off box as a standalone present or gift a three-, six- or twelve-month subscription. Add a personal message at checkout and we'll include it on the welcome card.
The box is curated by Perry based on what's at its absolute best in the maturing rooms — regardless of pasteurisation or rennet type. That's the point: you get the very best British artisan cheeses we have, selected because they work beautifully together.
