Shared this with friends. They liked it, too!

This was excellent, really enjoyed it. It was quite strong, but had taken 3 days to arrive, not your fault.

I wasn't sure about this at first, but as it ripened (rapidly, even in the fridge) it became gloriously gooey and flavoursome. Really nice soft blue.

Sorry none left to share a photo. Much prefer a soft to a hard cheese and trying new ones each time. This was delicious, on a small biscuit with a tiny piece of your honeycomb. My grandchildren also loved the cheese so only a tiny piece left to finish this evening. Delicious

Very nice cheese, made a nice change, will try something else in due course

Very tasty cheese - mild creamy blue, rather like a gorgonzola

I first encountered Duke when I visited the Rennet & Rind shop on their opening day in October 2023.
I am a big fan of Blue cheese but I thought the sample I had from Perry was wonderful even though the shop was at cheese storage temp (cheese tastes much better at room temp). Of course I purchased some and took it to Leicester to share with my wife and my daughter in law. We all loved it.
Purchased a 500gm as Christmas present as part of Christmas cheese order. Sadly we did not consume as much as expected so I took some back home.
Three weeks after receiving the online order Duke was trying to escape from the fridge.
I had to consume it - the taste was still excellent.
If you like a brie style bleu cheese please give this one a go.
I have tried about a Dozen Rennet and Rind cheeses all very good watch out for future comments

Such flavour! This was the favourite from our last selection and I am under strict orders to get it again!

I used to think I knew the best cheese in the world- St Agur- but The Duke has raised the bar. Its as simple as that.
Simon Cooper C.
Mmmmmm, possibly my favourite cheese
Blows you taste buds .

Beauvale was our favourite blue cheese but not only is there a new cheese shop on the block but also a new cheese kid on the block - the Duke: simply irresistible.
The service and knowledge offered by the team is great - they're almost too good at leading us to pastures new.

A lovely experience
Clare C.
We thought it too strong
Herbie S.
A nice tasty cheese.
Creamy and salty, nice texture.
I found it had a background bitterness I didn't like

Award winning for a reason! Excellent additional cheese ordered to accompany the mystery box, highly marbled blue but beautiful with the piccalilli in particular!
Jennie
Ordered as a part of a thank you for a friend who sent me a message after she’d had her first taste to thank me again and exclaiming how delicious it was.
Harry C.
Bloomin' delicious.

This is a good quality, very, very strong cheese. It was too strong for me but husband who loves strong cheese loved it.

Patrick L.
Sensational cheese. Truly can’t keep away from it. Treat yourself!

Second day of testing and today I choose “The Duke”. This is creamy and interesting looking cheese but there is no strong flavour. It compares favourably with most Camembert type cheeses and would grace the cheese board. Would I buy it again, maybe but the Baron Bigod has it on flavour and aroma . Paired it with a bottle of “Petit Train” a Syrah by Katie Price.

Love it, what more can I say
David C H.
creamy with bite
Paul P.
Recommended by a friend as his favourite and it is indeed a fantastic cheese.

Wonderful cheese every time. My personal favourite was The Duke but all were wonderful.
Emily F.
A really lovely creamy blue, not too strong and also melted really well into butternut squash soup for a really bougie dinner.
Thomas J.
A good cheese, particularly enjoyed by my gorgonzola loving children. Quite strong flavours.
MRS J.
Loved this cheese, full of flavour
William M.
I thought this worked well - plenty of flavour but not too strong, and nicely creamy. Reminiscent of a Gorgonzola but with some British restraint!
Glynn H.
A strong, delicious cheese. Highly recommended.

Having moved to the Cambridge area three years ago I was very keen to try some local blue cheese. After being informed that Cambridge blue was made in Lancashire I was pointed in the direction of dukes cheese which originates in Papworth, Cambs. The dukes is a wonderful soft blue cheese which I have obtained directly from the factory on quite a few occasions. I have always found the staff to be friendly and very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this creamy tasty cheese to anyone with a discerning palate. John Riches, St Ives. Cambs

Bought this because of the way you praised it on you video. Very glad I did.
PS Those videos are very useful, but rather long.

Wonderful cheese - super smooth and tasty.
