Crafted from a blend of five distinguished traditional cider apples—Kingston Black (60%, bittersharp), Michelin (16%, soft bittersweet), Yarlington Mill and Dabinett (each 9%, bittersweets), and Foxwhelp (4%, sharp)—it presents a vibrant copper-gold hue. 

The aroma reveals sweet and spicy hints, while the palate offers fresh fruit character balanced by prickly volatiles. Barrel and smoky undertones provide a rich mouthfeel, complemented by mild sourness, astringency, and bitterness that invite another sip. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in both tanks and barrels enhance its complexity.
