This is a good quality, very, very strong cheese. It was too strong for me but husband who loves strong cheese loved it.

Second day of testing and today I choose “The Duke”. This is creamy and interesting looking cheese but there is no strong flavour. It compares favourably with most Camembert type cheeses and would grace the cheese board. Would I buy it again, maybe but the Baron Bigod has it on flavour and aroma . Paired it with a bottle of “Petit Train” a Syrah by Katie Price.

Wonderful cheese every time. My personal favourite was The Duke but all were wonderful.

A really lovely creamy blue, not too strong and also melted really well into butternut squash soup for a really bougie dinner.

A good cheese, particularly enjoyed by my gorgonzola loving children. Quite strong flavours.
MRS J.
Loved this cheese, full of flavour
William M.
I thought this worked well - plenty of flavour but not too strong, and nicely creamy. Reminiscent of a Gorgonzola but with some British restraint!
Glynn H.
A strong, delicious cheese. Highly recommended.

Having moved to the Cambridge area three years ago I was very keen to try some local blue cheese. After being informed that Cambridge blue was made in Lancashire I was pointed in the direction of dukes cheese which originates in Papworth, Cambs. The dukes is a wonderful soft blue cheese which I have obtained directly from the factory on quite a few occasions. I have always found the staff to be friendly and very efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this creamy tasty cheese to anyone with a discerning palate. John Riches, St Ives. Cambs

Bought this because of the way you praised it on you video. Very glad I did.
PS Those videos are very useful, but rather long.
