Kleine Zalse Cellar Selection Pinotage

This is a good, solid example of Pinotage; rich fruity plum, violet, mulberry and black fruit aromas, a silky smooth palate with soft complexity, black fruit flavours, well integrated but firm tannins and a mellow Mediterranean feel. 

This Pinotage pairs well with Sparkenhoe Red Leicester – the cheese’s savoury crunch balances the wine’s earthy power.
