Made by Local Bees at Springwell Farm in Saffron Waldon, this 'wonder of nature' is uniquely translucent with a subtle sweetness to match. This local treasure is perfect with any cheese and will add a touch of theatre to your cheese board. The Springwell Farm Honey Bees can only make so much before they need to take a well-earned rest, so we only have a limited amount available. To take advantage of the best that nature has to offer we recommend ordering now before it all disappears until next year.

My little indulgence. It’s been years since I had a proper honeycomb. I was not disappointed. Beautiful flavour. It lasted longer than I expected as you only need a small amount. Would recommend

I am not particularly fond of honey..runny or set..but…this honeycomb is wonderful. I have it on yoghurt, porridge or toast and also with Brie. Unfortunately, my family and friends love it too, so I order 4 every 2/3 weeks. Fabulous stuff. Also R and R is a lovely company to deal with…10 stars if I could..

I love honey and buy high quality local honey…delicious However the honeycomb which I bought from you (from Saffron Walden) is just wonderful..we’ve gone through one tray in 5 days..melted on hot buttered spelt brown toast and plonked on top of Greek yoghurt and papaya . Heaven on earth. Have just ordered more.

I absolutely love honeycomb with cheese. This is a particularly lovely flavour and I really enjoyed it with a mild, creamy, runny cheese. It was hard not to eat the whole cheese and the honeycomb in one sitting - but I knew I’d regret not savouring it.
