Oliver's Cider - Just Because You Can Doesn't Mean You Should

The seasonal bittersweet apples used in this cider were keeved and then blended in the spring, resulting in a lively and complex celebratory cider. Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Sheep's Nose, and Ball's Bittersweet apples are prominently featured, giving this bottle conditioned cider a robust earthy flavor and just the right amount of bitterness in the finish. The nose exhibits spicy tobacco tannins, while the rich orange taste incorporates both Seville and Tangerine notes. With a full mouthfeel and a long finish, this cider should be chilled to 7-10C and poured carefully. Alcohol content is 5.7%.
