Ivy Flower Honey, now in 340g jars – every few years, conditions during the Autumn allow Leigh’s Bees to gather a surplus honey crop from their sites in Norfolk woodland, where Ivy flowers offer the last available nectar before the onset of Winter. This is the same honey as “Soft Set Ivy Blossom Honey” but with a modified description and larger jar.
This honey has a silky smooth spreadable texture with an extremely deep flavour and aroma.
