Saffron Grange Pinot Noir Rose (2020)

2020 was a spectacular vintage for Saffron Grange but also challenging (in more ways that one!) but it did produce the most incredible weather, and the higher-than-average sunshine ensured our vines grew fast and fruitful! The result is a wine to remember.

This coral pink Cuvée Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and has been aged for 18 months on its yeast lees. The nose is bursting with intense aromas of wild raspberries and fragrant rose petals. The palate is rich with ripe alpine strawberries and cream, perfectly balanced with a refreshing, sherbet-like acidity. This delicious sparkling Cuvée Rosé would be the perfect sparkling wine to treat someone special with or toast with at those special occasions. It is great with a range of foods including barbecued meats and summer salads.
