These are the real deal. Fionagh’s sourdough crackers are made on the farm in small batches using organic flour, olive oil, sea salt, and a traditional sourdough starter. That’s it. No additives, no nonsense — just honest ingredients baked to a satisfying crunch.
Their subtle tang and robust texture make them a perfect partner for cheese. Strong enough to hold their own with soft cheeses, sharp enough to add edge to something rich and creamy, and balanced enough to let the cheese do the talking.
