Pairing the Wine with the Winslade

The sharp citrus fruit notes from the Cuvée provides a strong traditional pairing. A colliding of two worlds, Winslade being dairy sweet, salty, and savoury allowing the Cuvée to cut through the  Winslade and providing a well earn rest bite for the taste buds. A cleansing and refreshing  mouthfeel which instantly lifts the dense nature of Winslade making the pairing incredible morish. The bark around the cheese imparts earthy flavours into the cheese, and Cuvée lifts the bitterness of those notes transcending into a mushroom flavour, almost gentle girolles

Truffle Honey 

Made by bees that forage on the nectar from the Acacia tree, Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a wonderfully smooth texture. The honey is then infused with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings, producing a luxuriously smooth texture, with a uniquely sweet & earthy taste with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
